Our sidewalk was recently repaked by you~ contractor, Quantam Contract~g. We have
been vet satisfied with thck work, however we just discovered that one o£thei~ stakes
was driYen tl~ough our sprk~Ier pipe. The contractor most likely never ]mew he ]]ad
broken the pipe.
Enclosed is a copy o£our L~¥oice for repak work totaling $Tg.g7. [ believe the work
done was at a fair price, a~d hoped that perhaps the city would reimburse us for at least
half of thc repak cost.
! might add that we had just had maintenance work done on the system so that all would
be running well for the coming summer. This work was done just prior the sidewalk
construction, so I'm confident that the pipe was broken during the construction of the
sidewalk.
