Subject: Quantum Sidewalks
We got another call from a gentlemen (I think he said his name is Ken Bower) regarding his sidewalk
repair. He said he had called before and Quantum called him back and missed him. He has not heard
back from them and has been unable to reach them and now in addition to the two panels not fixed his
