N. Moore Road, at the request of Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers.

1. Show the right-of-way width for the adjacent streets.
2. Show the existing driveway to the west of this site.
3. Driveway returns need to be located emirely on the property.
4. Provide a letter fi.om the church giving you permission to access their parking lot.
5. Please consider eliminating one driveway off of Sandy Lake Road.
