1. As per the proposed Sandy Lake Road plans, thc proposed easterly driveway is in conflict
with proposed curb inlet. If driveway must be constructed then the developer must pay for
the redesign on plans.
2. A 4' wide concrete sidewalk is required on Moore Road.
3. Provide 8' wide brick paver bands at all driveways.
4. Show the existing ditch on Sandy Lake Road and the brick paver band on Moore Road.
5. Why is it necessary to have four driveways to this site?
6. Show the distance to existing driveway west of property.
