HISTORY: Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat for this
property on July 17, 1997, and City Council approved it August 12, 1997.
TRANSPORTATION: Sandy Lake Road is proposed to be a C4D 4-lane divided collector
street within a 95'-wide right-of-way at this location. Moore Road
is an existing C2U 2-lane undivided collector street built to
standard within a 60'-wide right-of-way.

DISCUSSION: The final plat conforms with the preliminary plat which the Planning and
Zoning Commission approved July 17th and which City Council approved
August 12, 1997.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Planning staff recommends approval of the final plat and site plan.
