accommodate the existing retail center, as well as 20 new parking
spaces on the south side of the property, located at the southeast
comer of Sandy Lake Road and Moore Road, at the request of
Osborne Engineering.

1. Show fire lanes on plat.
2. Remove western most driveway. You should reconsider the removal of your eastern
driveway because a median opening to access your property is being provided with the
construction of Sandy Lake Road.
3. Provide floodplain administrator and franchise utility signature blocks.
4. Show width of right-of-way dedication. Also, a temporary construction easement is needed.
5. Show franchise utility block.
