In Greg Jones' absence, I wish to relay the following message to you:
Betty Couns, representing 32 Realty, called with a problem concerning the water meter for
Sandy Lake Plaza. It was just discovered that three tenants (Mr. Jim's Pizza, House of Dance
and Anamia's) share one water meter and Anamia's has been paying the water bill all along
for the water usage of all three. Ms. Couns is attempting to correct this situation, financially,
among the three tenants, but she's looking for a permanent solution, asking if it would be
possible to issue sub-meters from that one main meter.
I explained to Ms. Couns that we only issue residential meters from this location, but I
promised to relay this message to you for follow-up:
