Re: Restricted Left-Turn Access to Sandy Lake Crossing from
Denton Tap Road, Coppell, Texas.
Dear Mr. Hundley:
We have reviewed your March 13, 1989 request for a restricted
left turn access from northbound Denton Tap Road to the Sandy
Lake Crossing development. We are unable to approve the
construction of this proposed left turn access because it does
not conform to the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance.
If you wish to pursue this matter further it will require
consideration as a variance to the Subdivision Ordinance by the
City Council. The request for a variance should accompany the
Final Plat for the property when it is submitted for
consideration by the City Council.
