Tim Bradshaw of TP~L indicated that the major feeder lines woul.l need to circumvent the perimeter of the site to provide access the out parcels. Service will be overhead. Dale Jackso'~ reminded Mr. Bradshaw that the city has an ordinance tha~ requires all new service to be underground. Mr. Bradshaw indi- cated that TP~L installs only overhead unless the developer want~ to bear the difference in cost for underground. Mr. Jackson sail that he would follow up to confirm that the ordinance was cot'- rect. Fire: Requires a fire hydrant every 500' - ordinance require; 24' firelanes - however, Mr. Kurtz indicated that in previou~ discussions with the Fire Chief that 20' was adequate if building was sprinklered.
