RE: Copperstone Trail Project #PA 96-01
Dear Mr. Walker:
It has been brought to my attention that except for some minimal construction staking, there has
been no work performed on the Copperstone Trail Project. On February 19, 1997 an official
notice to begin work was mailed to you stating that your calendar days would begin on February
24, 1997 and expire on April 9, 1997. You later requested that ~e sutrt date be moved to
March I, 1997, ~ereby moving ~e completion date to April 14, 1997.
This letter is being written to serve as your notification that each day after April 14, 1997
liquidated damages of $160/per day will be assessed.
