Release of Lots 8-14, Round Oak Estates

I am requesting that Lots 8-14 be released. The developer has provided temporary drainage
relief swales to allow the lots to drain from the back towards the street. The developer was
asked to provide a revised drainage plan to ensure that when those lots are developed, proper
grading will be implemented to provide adequate drainage for these lots. I have included a copy
of this grading plan and asked that the home builder for these lots have special provisions to
implemem the grading plan. The developer has informed me that the home builders have
received a copy of the grading plan.
