Dear Mr. Martin:
Per our discussion the builder (Avery-Edwards Custom Homes) will
grade the above mentioned lots in a manner utilizing rear to front
drainage. To insure the effectiveness of the grading it will be
conducted at final yard grade when the house is built.
Additionally enclosed is a copy of the grades for the above
