Hold on Lots 8-14, Round Oak Estates

I am requesting that a hold to be placed on Lots 8-14, Round Oak Estates until further notice.
The engineer for the development, Mike Daniel, of Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers, was
notified on January 27, 1995 of drainage complaints from the residence located on Spanish
Moss, north of this development. The complaints were related to standing water behind their
back fences.
Upon review of the drainage plan for Round Oak Estates, I found that all the lots should drain
towards Saddle Tree Trail (back to front). The engineer was informed that these lots will be
placed on hold until this issue is addressed. Mr. Daniel is contacting the developer and
informing him of the problem.
