Round Oak Estates
An Addition to the City of Coppeil
Dallas County, Texas
This is to certify the recorded plat for Round Oak Estates, an addition to the City of Coppell, Dallas
County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 94008, Page 0266 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas is
in error as follows:
1) The name of the sole street within the subdivision was omitted from the face of the Plat.
The correct street name is Saddle Tree Trail. This certificate shall also supercede the
Certificate of Correction filed in Volume 94056, Page 03059 of the Deed Records of
~as. County, Texas which incorrectly names the subject street Round Rock Drive.
2) -" he subject plat dedicates ~ 10 foot wide drainage easement along the south side (mar) of
Lois 27 and 28. The dedication of this easement was in error and the plat is hereby
corrected to remove it.
All els~ remains as indicated on the plat. This Correction is the result of a drafting error and does not
change the property description or the location of the survey corners on the ground.
