Walk-Through for Round Oak Addition
Utilities personnel performed a walk through on the above
referenced project and the following items were found to be
deficient:
1. Lot 28 - clean out straightened and repacked
2. Lot 7 - clean out full of dirt
3. Lot 21 - Clean out dirty
4. Lot 12 - meter can crushed
Please ensure that all deficiencies are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.

Street personnel performed a walk through at the above referenced project. Below is a list of
items that are deficient:
1. Westbound approach - Fix chipped concrete in curbs at saw joints and redwood
header.
2. Drop inlet//413 westbound 6+" on opening.
3. Drop inlet at 9/8 opening 6+".
4. //28/27 to the west of- fix curb brake at saw joint.
