Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Need to show on the plat the 20 foot drainage easement at the northeast comer
of the subdivision.
Denote the approximate length of .tl!~ concrete flumes_ proposed at the northeast.
and southeast comers (refer to Sheet 2).
Label the 20 foot drainage easements on the water and sanitary sewer plans (Sheet
5) and the grading and erosion control plans (Sheet 7).
There are-various other minor comments ~rougho. ut these plans. Once these comments
have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for
