Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $37,709.13 and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee assessment list. Please provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for this project so the construction inspection fee can be verified. Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices.
