Walk-thru Sand Point Estates
This morning utilities field staff performed a walk-thru in
the above referenced subdivision. The only item found to be
deficient was the valve stack for the water line tie-in to
the 16" main on Sandy Lake needed a valve nut extension.
Please insure that this item is addressed prior to final
acceptance of this project.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.

RE: Sand Point Subdivision
Street division staff performed a preliminary walk-thru at the
above referenced project at 10:00 a.m. on 7/7/92. The following
deficiencies were noted;
· Street needs to be swept.
· Seal curb joints.
· Clean out inlets.
· Barricades need to be maintained until proper signage
is in place.
· Stop access off of Sandy Lake Road by placing a
temporary berm.
· Monitor and maintain erosion control along entire
project.
Please make sure the contractor receives a copy of this punch list
and let me know when it will be ready for a follow up.
