The City W,th A Beautiful Future ~ "---d ~,---~" ) 214-462-0022 / ruary~''~ 14, ,.' 992 Mr. To~my Canslor CCH Engineering Corp. i120 Emprie Central Place, Suite 308 Dallas, TX 75247 Re: Sandpoint Estates Dear Mr. Canslor: I have received and reviewed the revised plans submitted for Sandpoint Estates and have the following comments to offer: i) The 8" waterline that crosses sanitary sewer Line B at approximately Station 0+30 should be concrete encased as shown on Sheet 3 of the plans. 2) The location of the sidewalk should be shown on both Sandpoint Court and Park Valley Drive and also shown in the typical paving section. 3 Ihe 8" sanitary sewer line that crosses storm drain Line A at approximately Station 2+60 should be concrete encased as shown on Sheet 5. Ail standard details should be included in the plans. 5) Your sheet index on the coversheet indicates that your landscaping irrigation plans are shown on Sheet 6. However, those plans were submitted separately. If they are to be incorporated in this set of plans, they should be included when the plans are resubmitted. If they are not to be incorporated in this set of plans, then the sheet index should be revised accordingly. 6) Building Inspections had the following comments about the screening wall: a) Need legible signature on the seal. b) Need "Hold Harmless" letter.
