Staff reviewed this project on 6/18/91 and found the following items
sub-standard.
- Wye inlet on off site drainage (48"RCP) full of debris (not
ready for review).
- Drainage along off site location is not flowing to wye
inlet-old system at fence is approximately 12" to 15" lower
than wye inlet.
- There was no evidence that any physical review of the storm
drain system had been performed by the inspector.
Please address these issues and provide me with a status as to when staff
can re-evaluate.
