The preliminary plat was approved by City Council on November 13, 1990. ANALYSIS: During the SUP and preliminary plat review, several stipulations regarding screening walls and landscaping were attached as conditions of approval. These conditions are reflected on the final plat provided in this packet. Escrow funds for future improvements to Sandy Lake Road, must be paid prior to approval by the City Council ($51,804.00).
