Will the proposed 6' sidewalk on the west side of the building have a drainage pipe under it where it crosses the proposed swale? 2. Provide a dimension control sheet. 3. Show the radius of eastern driveway. 4. All joints should be silicone sealed. 5. Locate sanitary sewer cleanout outside limits of proposed swale. 6. The 15' utility easement on the Church of Christ property for the fire hydrant should be a private easement. 7. The proposed sanitary sewer cleanout located at the southwest corner of this development is a private sewer line. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
