Show the existing right-of-way dimension of Samuel Blvd. 2. Provide grading/drainage plan. 3. Indicate location of fire lane. 4. Show visibility triangles at ail ingress/egress. 5. Signature block for Floodplain Administrator needs to be put on the plat. 6. Provide 15'x15' utility easement for proposed water vault. 7. On the north side of the property, show the existing 25' utility easement with the volume and page number for the existing sanitary sewer line and the proposed drainage system. Also, provide an easement for existing storm system at southeast corner of property. 8. The connection to the existing private 8" water line located at the southeast corner of the property will not be ailowed unless a signed agreement is acquired from the owner of the private water line. Preliminary water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer plan comments: 9. The proposed 1 1/2" water tap on existing water line located on the north side of property will not be permitted since the water line is a private line. A tap must be made off the water line located in Samuel Blvd. This is an informational comment and should have no bearing on the approval of the plat: 10. Impact fees required.
