RE: Substantial Completion of Barbara S. Austin Elementary
Dear Dr. Stanfield:
The utility and paving requirements are in compliance with Civil Engineering
plans approved by the City of Coppell.
As soon as the following items have been completed, a letter of acceptance will
follow:
1. As-Built drawings- 2 sets of blue lines; 2 sets of mylars marked
"As-Built".
2. 1 year maintenance bonds for 10% of the amount of construction
cost of all water, sewer, and paving in the city right-of-way and all
items to be dedicated to the City of Coppell.
3. The drainage problem along the common property line of Fire Station
~12 and the School's north entry.
