The PM/E has received and consolidated all comments from the reviewing agencies pertaining
to Project 10. A copy of this letter and the consolidated comments will be E-mailed to you
today. Attached, you will find a hard copy of review comments and an attachment (CPCD-
95(M), 2 sheets) from TxDOT.
Enter your responses on the electronic copy and return an electronic and a signed hard copy to
this office no later than November 16, 1998. If you feel that some review comments need
further discussion, notify this office immediately upon receipt. After all comments have been
resolved and dispositioned, preparation of the 95% plans can be initiated.
