Escrow Request for ROW Costs - Project 10
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are pleased to inform you that the right of way documents for Project 10, submitted by Unzicker, Schnurbusch
& Associates have been transmitted to Dallas County. This will allow the right of way acquisition process to begin.
In order for the right-of-way process to proceed as scheduled, we request that the City expedite payment for the
City's share in the amount of $2,566, as detailed in the attached spreadsheet. Upon receipt of an appraisal, the City
will be requested to fund the acquisition of the right-of-way. This is an reimbursable expense, of which 80% of the
total cost will be refunded back to the City by the State of Texas, after the property has been acquired.
The TxDOT administration costs include the direct costs associated with off-system improvements only. This is a
calculated estimate and is subject to further review by TxDOT to determine if the calculated estimate is sufficient to
cover actual costs. If actual costs exceed the calculated estimate, additional funds may be requested.
