P:E. v.- P."de., Dear Mr. Nicodemus: Engineefinll Group Attached 'are the Right-of-Way Map, legal descriptions, and pertinent exhibits for two parcels at the northwest comer of the 'Bethel Road/Denton Tap Road' intersection. Parcel 1 i:q a 267.17 sq. m'[2875 sq. ft.] tract in the Edward A. Crow Survey, Abstract 301, which will be needed for additional left-turn lane, and Parcel-2 is a 1.39 sq. m [15 sq. fi.] tract in the J. A. Simmons Survey, Abstract 1296, which was not accounted for when the Bethel Road Right-of-Way was deeded to the City of Coppell (See D.R:D.C.T. Vol. 73176, pg. 1415, and Vol. 67199, pg. 0785). We have prepared separate documents for each of the parcels but may not require Parcel 2 in our final submittal since the City of Coppell may obtain the tract via a 'quitclaim'.
