Dear Mr. Young:
I have made repeated requests of you for the anticipated date on which your Preliminary
Design, formerly known as the 65% point in the design process, and Preliminary Right of Way
submittal can be expected. This process was apparently complicated by the misconception
that the Preliminary Design and Right of Way submittals must be provided at the same time.
This is not necessary.
Please provide this office by the close of business, June 19, 1998 with the dates on which
submittal of your Preliminary Design and Right of Waycan be expected.
You have not submitted a progress report since March 23, 1998. This report is required every
other week and negative reports are required. Please provide an updated progress report'by
the close of business, today, June 16, 1998
