LIMITED NOTICE TO PROCEED ~
Dear Mr. Schnurbusch:
We are pleased to inform you that the Contract between Dallas County and Unzicker,
Schnurbusch & Associates, Inc., for Engineering Services on CMAQ Project 10 (Coppell) was
executed by the County Judge on behalf of the Commissioners Court. You are hereby directed to
commence with limited services for development of the Proiect Schedule, effective Wednesday,
June 26, 1996. Upon completion and approval of the Project Schedule, an unconditional notice
to proceed will be issued to begin work on all remaining authorized services of your Contract.
We look forward to this being a successful Project, one that will significantly benefit the citizens
of Dallas County.
