REPORT DATE: August 27, 1999 Riverchase Elementary School, Coppell, Texas PROJECT NO: 0791-2184 DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT: August 24, 1999 Services Performed: visual Inspection Weather Conditions: Sunny/Hot Contractors on Site: Dalmac / Berkel Remarks: On this date, a representative of Fugro South, Inc. was present on the above mentioned project to perform the following tests and observations as requested: * Production - 11 piles 1 set of grout cubes (9 cubes) from D138 and D139 Last Pile D142: First, one truck (#525) was rejected as it was waiting more than 2 hours and grout temperature was about 108 degrees. We used the second truck (#470) and the hole was filled with 9 yards; however, the number of strokes was over 420 (13.7 yards), which, in our opinion, the calibration factor was changed due to hard grout.
