Inspection Weather Conditions: Sunny/Hot Contractors on Site: Dalmac / Berkel Remarks: On this date, a representative of Fugro South, Inc. was present on the above mentioned project to perform the following tests and observations as requested: · Completed 3 piles to 85 feet · Mechanical break-down end of ddlling the 4= pile at 12:22 p.m. · Three (3) grout trucks sent back to batch exceeded allowable time · Contractor repaired rig by 3:00 p.m., but unable to get grout. · Contractor removed auger to clean hoses and the augers of grout then re-inserted the auger to prevent the hole from collapsing - to be grout first thing in the morning. · No grout cubes today (D.P. was here but unable to do them). · T.R. to sonic log the three piles of 8-17-99 Tim Roberts Fugro South Senior Professional FUGRO SOUTH, INC.
