An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell prior to the expiration of the two-year Maintenance Bond.
The following items need to be resolved prior to July 6, 1999.
Median curb broken at the entrance to Riverview Estates.
Storm drain flumes not worldng in alley behind 1404 and 1500 Cn'apevine Creek.
Please contact me at 972-304-3684 to inform me of when your crews will be on the project to
correct the deficiencies. These deficiencies have been brought to the attention of Mr. Don Htfffines,
but no response has occurred.
