Notice to Proceed Meeting for Project t 0
Dear Mr. Schnurbusch:
The Federal Highway Administration has issued the Federal Letter of Authority to commence work
on CMAQ Project 10. To expedite the Notice to Proceed (N'TP) process, a general meeting will be
held on Wednesday, June 26, 1996 at 2:30 P.M. in the Dallas Coun~ Commissioners Court, 1st
Floor, Dallas County Administration Building, 411 Elm Street, Dallas, Texas.
The attendance of the Project Principal, Project Manager, and Project Administrator at this meeting
is mandatory. Various Cities, North Central Texas Council of Governments and Texas Department
of Transportation members wilt also be in attendance. At the end of this meeting, a fimited NTP will
be provided to prepare the project schedule and attend a subsequent follow-up meeting. This
separate individual, company by company meeting wilt be held with the Project Manager and
specific individuals responsible for civil, traffic and environmental engineering to discuss project
specific information and requirements. The schedule of the follow-up meeting is indicated in the
attachment. On acceptance of the Project Schedule, and completion of the follow--up meeting, a
time period that should not exceed two weeks, restrictions on the NTP will be removed.
The general meeting will cover topics as listed in the attached agenda.
