overtime rate including salary and benefits is $30.00 per hour. Four hours were charged to your

We are requesting to work on Saturday the 1 gth of September. It is our intention to set up for a pour on
Monday the 20th. And are requesting that you do an inspection of our subgrade and rebar on Saturday so
that we may pour on Monday. The supertindent for this paving crew is Lormie Chapman and if you would
please let him know of any problems that you may with this.
