Replace 35 NIPH speed lim'~ sign with concrete base attached to 2" telespar pole with
a 1 ~" break-away sign needs to be just like the damaged one at least 7" above the
ground frtan bottom of sign.
$. Change Road Closed sign from orange background to yellow.

Need valve extension for same F.H. above.
