Enclosed, you will find the above referenced material in final format for Project 10 of the CMAQ
Program. This project contains four intersection improvements in the City of Coppell.
Attached is the Design Concept Report, Environmental Assessments and the concurrence
statement from the City of Coppell.
Right-of-way and design costs are contained in Section 8 of the Design Concept Report.
The PM/E is requesting, upon your review of this project, that a CSJ number be assigned, as
soon as possible, to allow the procuring of a design consultant.
