Dear Mr. Griffin:
The owner of Riverview Estates, Austin Catbird, L.P., hereby agrees that no Certificate of
Occupancy will be issued on any homes permitted in Riverview Estates until the following items
have been completed:
1. The sidewalk from Eagle Point Drive to Lot 1 Block C and Lot 30 Block A will
be completed and the dirt removed fi'om the existing back yard fence; and
2. Streets and alleys cleaned when all utility construction is complete.
Please issue the City Acceptance letter for the subdivision as soon as possible.
