Listed below are items which need to be completed for final acceptance of Riverview
Estates:
1. Traffic Control devices at Sandy Lake Road and Riverview.
2. Site visibility along Sandy Lake Road and RiVerview Drive.
3. Lot elevation certification.
4. Paving certification.
S. Seal all joints in paving (paving punch list).
6. Sidewalk to be placed at Glade Point Drive.
7. Verification of right-of-way width at Glade Point Drive.
8. Various citizen complaints related to drainage along Lots 29-30, 3~-36 and 41-49, Block
A.
9. As built plans.
10. Street light & street sign assessments need to be paid.
