A revised Draft Attachment B to the ILA is being prepared and will be distributed starting tomorrow, September 1. All Cities are urged to review the DRAFT list of intersection locations previously provided and circle either Yes or No option for the identified improvements to be included in the CMAQ Program. Receipt of this response will allow the preparation of the final ILA Attachment B. The final ILA will only include those projects identified as already in the program and those requested by the City and will include final funding commitments. Please do not submit the draft ILA agreement to your City Council for approval. Such actions will most likely create the need for a second approval process. Please contact me if you have any questions concerning this matter at 747-6336 extension 26. Please return the marked up copy of Attachment B to the CMAQ ILA to our office as soon as possible. '94 letter to NCTCOG as completed by others. These improvements are indicated by the arrow in the left margin. The Dallas County commitment for these total to $101,306. In the conversation with Bud Beene this morning, he indicated he would consider rolling the $1 01K into the Moore at Sandy Lake improvement as proposed by Atul. Currently the Dallas County Bond Program shows this improvement as a SIGNAL project -- the scope of work in the Bond Program would need modifying to include geometric improvements. According to Bud, the key to re-programming the County Bond funds is to keep the funds within Bond Program locations. Scope and budget, to the extent authorized, are somewhat flexible as long as the intersection location is identified in the Bond Program. If re-programming the funds is desirable, you will need a proposal in writing for Bud's consideration. I'll get back with you tomorrow regarding the ROW question. If can help you further, give me a call.
