Dear Mr. Martin:
Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District requests the following substitution for the
standard City requirement.
1. Will use a 12-inch pipe instead of an 18-inch pipe.
Several of the on-site storm sewer systems will be ADS High Density
Polyethylene, smooth lined pipe instead of Reinforced' Concrete Pipe.
The storm sewer for the school is to be a private system, maintained by the District. All public
storml 8-inchSeWerminimum.Will be constructed of Reinforced Concrete Pipe and will be larger than the required

This letter is to s~rve as aoknowledgement that Carrollton-Farmers Branch 1SD will extend
Statical Drive to the easternmost property line of the schools property and no further. The .~
.~deve]oper to the east can then connect their road and extend StarleafDr. The extension adjacent 'x~
to the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD property will include extending sidewalks, drive, curb, and
storm sewer. However, Carrollton-Farmers Branch lSD accepts this with a limitation of ~
$100,000.
