corner of the site. We still have the issue of the south property line related to drainage, trees and
neighbors. As I have told the City and some of the neighbors about this area, we have removed
the majority oftbe water that was draining to the south property line via inlets and storm pipes.
The area in questions is at best receiving only the back half of the southern row of lots. At the
swale of each lot there is a grate inlet, That leaves only the water that falls near the very back of
these lots (an area about 10 foot wide) to deal with. This can be handled with some grading of
this area to assure proper drainage to the three existing wire inlets located along the south
property line. The neighbors would like to see as little damage as possible to the trees and the
removal of din from around the base of these trees. We have moved our inlets a little further
north &what was originally designed to eliminate damage to the trees.
