This would not be to his int~r~t to do so. Can the flood statement be removed or b~ shown not to apply and ff so, what are the option~. If we wait till af~ the fill is complY, then we are no longer be within thc SFHA. This fill should bc complete within the nex~ 30 days. Would rig flood plain stateag~t apply at that point. I have a copy of the response from FEMA to the Conditional Letter of Map Revision submittal (Ca.sc # 96-06-382C) and am aware of tlgir requirements to obtain the final L~tt~r of Map Revision.
