The construction plans for the referenced project have been reviewed by the City and meet
the milnimnm requirements of the City of Coppell standards. Upon receipt of the Impact
Fees and lnnpection Fees, the plans will be approved for construction and the plat can be
filed. Also, a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) and a Floodplain Development
Permit must be received prior to construction.
