Dear Mr. Davis:
Attached, per your request, is a three year maintenance bond
covering repairs to the culvert at the Shadow Ridge
Addition. Repairs have been completed to the culvert and
are ready for final inspection.
Adjustment to the valve stack in the Shadow Woods Addition
has also been completed and is also awaiting final
inspection.
Both of the above referenced subdivisions are ready for
final acceptance by the City of Coppell. Please contact me
when the inspections are complete so that I may arrange to
pick up the approval letters. Thank you for your
cooperation on these projects.
