This is TDHT Item No. 556 - Type 10, and ASHTO Item No. M252.
We have looked at taking the water to the west and find that to be a less acceptable solution, due to util-
ity conflicts and horizontal and vertical space constraints.
We believe that our solution as submitted is a reasonable approach and urge you to accept it.
