The plans for this project were approved on October 31, 1989.
It is my opinion that we should notify the contiguous property
owners along this alley of the encroaching fences. The Developer,
nor his Engineer are interested in doing it. Therefore, we should.
I have adequate number of prints, so we will develop an approach
with letters or meetings, brief you and contact the individual
residents along the north side of Oak Grove Lane.
I would anticipate that we could accomplish the approach and brief
you during the week of December 25, 1989, hence the next tickler
date. Thank you.
