Dear Mr. Daniel:
We have received your formal request letter dated September 26,
1989, in follow up with the meeting held on August 31, 1989,
between you, Larry Davis, and myself.
We received a copy of the plan sheet for the area in question on
Monday, October 9, 1989. We appreciate your working with us on
this matter. Please provide graphically, the adjustments that were
made to accommodate the fence encroachments, Ben dela Cruz is
working with you to get that plan approved from the engineering
design perspective.
Additionally, as we discussed, we will need to continue
communication with the owners of those fences (for which this
action was taken to assure the stability of the fences) and the
City of Coppell will put those owners on notice that their fences
are in public' right-of-way and will be subject to relocation at
anytime in the future, but as long as there are no life/safety
concerns we will wait until the relocation of there fences are more
timely with their plans and activities. The City of Coppell will
be continuing their contract with these property owners, even if you
don't on behalf of your client.
