1. Provide utility plans and drainage plans.
2. Provide right-of-way corner clips.
3. Show minimum finished floor elevations.
4 Show sight visibility triangle easements at ingress/egress points.
5. Need radius for alley connection at northwest corner of property.
6. Need to show median and provide note to be maintained by H.O.A.
7. Lot 31 should be included in variance for deletion of alley.
8. The developer must construct Trinity Lane through to the Eagle Point at Riverchase
development so that it connects to Longmeadow Dr.
9. Trinity Lane needs to change to Glade Point Dr. as shown on the Eagle Point at
Riverchase subdivision.
