Request for Conditional Letter of map Revision / Riverview Estates
(25 acres along Elm Fork Of Trinity River)
Dear Sir:
Enclosed please fred a technical report prepared by Morrison Hydrology/Engineering, Inc. for
the reclamation of property adjacent to the Elm Fork of the Trinity River contained within the
Riverview Estates Subdivision. Included with this report is all HEC II hydrologic models,
floodplain and floodway mapping and FEMA forms. Also, included with the package is a check
in the amount of $280 for the review.
As the Floodplain Administrator for the City of Coppell, I request that FEMA review the
technical report and issue a CLOMR. If you should have any technical questions concerning
