Credit Fee Proposal for Deletion of Denton Tap at Wrangler
Dear Mr. Young:
The PM/E has reviewed your fee proposal for the deletions of Denton Tap at Wrangler. You
have offer a credit of $2,600 based on what you perceive is a negotiated fee for Denton Tap at
Wrangler. No fee was negotiated for any one single intersection. The fee proposal submitted
by USA was for all four intersections.
The estimated cost which the PM/E feels you are alluding to is a funding number. This funding
number is located in the Dallas County Court Order and does not set contract amounts for
each intersection.
The fee credit should be based on the earned value report and the amount of effort left in each
task for this particular intersection. Currently you are showing the following uncompleted
amounts. '
Basic Services
Schematic Design $2,500
Preliminary PS&E $26,300
Final PS&E $17,700
Special Services
Environmental $1,540
Geotechnica~ $5,000
Field survey and ROW $5,000
Total fee remaining: $58,040
Please review the tasks under each of the earned value headings above and resubmit a fee
proposal for Denton Tap at Wrangler.
Please, feel free to contact me at 747-6336 ext. 26, if there are any questions regarding these
comments.
